Connect your Shopify store

One-time setup. Takes about 4 minutes.

Get your Shopify Store URL

We need the exact admin URL of the store you want to connect.

  1. Sign in to your Shopify Store Admin.
  2. Click Home in the sidebar.
  3. Copy the URL from your browser's address bar and paste it below.

Open the Shopify Dev Dashboard

You're going to create your own private Partner app for GodMode AI.

  1. Open dev.shopify.com/dashboard in a new tab.
  2. Click the Create app button.
Already have a Shopify Partner account? You can use that too — go to your Partner dashboard → Apps → Create app.

Create the app & fill out the details

  1. App name:
    GodMode AI
  2. App URL:
    https://app.trygodmode.com/
  3. Leave the Embed app in Shopify admin checkbox checked (it's on by default).
  4. Click Create at the bottom right.

Configure Access & Release

  1. In the opened page, find the Access card.
  2. Check the Use legacy install flow checkbox.
  3. Set the Redirect URL field to:
    https://app.trygodmode.com/auth/callback
  4. Click Release at the bottom right. In the popup that opens, leave the version notes empty and click Release again.
Important: Both the legacy-install-flow checkbox AND the redirect URL must be filled in, or the install will fail.

Get your Client ID and Secret

  1. From the left sidebar, click Settings.
  2. You'll see Client ID and Client Secret fields at the top of the page.
  3. Copy each value and paste it below.
